Facility Rentals

6/16/25: Effective on all new event requests- Renters will be charge an extra $200 on top of the rental price, which will be returned to the renter after the event should all the policies and cleaning be observed.
4/22/25: Effective on all new event requests- Renters must provide off duty police officer or security for any hours after 10:00 pm. This is not included in our costs.
Pastors’ Hall
Located at 6077 Sharon Woods Blvd., Pastors’ Hall is $1,100 ($1,300 total prior to the $200 return after the event) to rent. The Hall fits up to 200 guests. Events must end by midnight. Price includes required insurance coverage, on-site supervisor(s), use of table and chairs, access to kitchen, and 6 hours. Additional hours are $100 each.
School Gym
Located at 1566 Ferris Rd, the School Gym is $800 ($1,000 total prior to the $200 return after the event) to rent and is available only on select Saturdays. The gym fits up to 300 guests. Events must end by midnight. Price includes required insurance coverage, on-site supervisor(s), use of table and chairs (setup and put away by guests), access to kitchen, and 6 hours. Additional hours are $100 each.
Please note: We want to open our doors to our community! However, we are not an event center and can only approve a limited number of requests. All renters should have a connection to our Church, School, or various Ethnic Community. Respect of Church staff, other guests, and facilities is expected. Failure to comply with policy will result in losing the $200 fee as well as future requests declined. Police may be present during event at any time for added security.
