Timeframe for Enrollment for the 2025-2026 School Year

• January 6 – 31, 2025: Current Student Re-enrollment Period
• January 6, 2025: Online New Student Application for the 2025-2026 School Year opens

• January 30, 2025: Open House for all Prospective Families
• January 31, 2025: Deadline for applications to be considered on time. Families may apply at any time after this date but will not be included in the first round of acceptance review. Any application received after July 15th may not be able to begin the school year on the first day of school.
• March 7, 2025: Families who have applied by the deadline will be notified of acceptance status via email by this date. If accepted, enrollment information must be completed within 7 days of acceptance.

New Student Application Information

New Families – Please complete the Online Application Form (one per student). Families with current St. Josephine Bahkita Students should access the application through their FACTS Family Portal (Apply/Enroll, Application)

Online application requires current report card, current IEP (if applicable), and most recent standardized test scores (if applicable)

A nonrefundable FACTS application fee is processed at the time of application.

Incoming Kindergarten students will be notified in March of their Kindergarten Readiness appointment to be held in April 2025.

Students entering grades 1-8 will be contacted by the school office to schedule a shadow day experience and entrance testing.

Completing the online application does not guarantee placement. Placement is depended on many factors. You will be notified to confirm placement. Applications for St. Josephine Bakhita School will be considered in the following order:

• Children with siblings currently enrolled in St. Josephine Bakhita School
• Catholic families attending St. Josephine Bakhita Parish
• Catholic families attending another parish
• Children of non-parishioners on a space available basis.

Enrollment/Acceptance

All new students are placed on a 60-day probationary period. Once notified of acceptance, new families must upload, submit, or complete the following within seven days:

• Copy of birth certificate
• Copy of Catholic baptismal certificate (not needed if baptized at St. Josephine Bakhita Parish)
• Online enrollment forms through FACTS Family Portal
• Custody documentation (if applicable)
• Immunization Record provided by the doctor with dates of all immunizations received
• Tuition agreement completed in FACTS Tuition Management

Additionally, a physical exam is required prior to the first day of school.
